Team sessions
The Sessions page of a team gives you a single overview of all upcoming and past action and strategy review sessions. You schedule new sessions from this page and open the details and reports per session from here as well.
The Sessions page is only available on the Pro subscription.
Open the session overview
- Go to the team dashboard of the team in question.
- Click Manage team at the top right and choose Sessions.
Upcoming sessions
At the top you see the upcoming sessions, sorted by date. For each session you see:
- The date and time.
- The session type: Action review session or Strategy review session.
- The preparation status: how many progress reports have been submitted and how many are still outstanding. For an action review session this concerns the actions; for a strategy review session it also includes the KPIs and strategies.
Click on a session to open the details, view the session agenda or go straight to the submitted reports.
Past sessions
Below the upcoming sessions you find the sessions that have already taken place, with the most recent at the top. This way you can look back at how an earlier session was prepared and which decisions were recorded in the reports.
Add a session
If you are the team administrator or process owner, you can schedule a new session from this page.
- Click Add session.
- Enter the date of the session and decide whether the session should repeat automatically.
- Select whether it is an Action review session or a Strategy review session.
- Choose whether you want to send an invitation and reminder to the team members.
- Click Save.

Edit or delete a session
Click on an upcoming session and choose Edit or Delete in the detail screen. You can no longer edit past sessions — those remain for the history.

- The preparation status of the next session is also shown on the Team dashboard in the ‘Upcoming session’ block.
