Team dashboard (June 2026)

The Team dashboard will be available from the beginning of June 2026.

The team dashboard is the starting page of a team. On a single screen you see the team's OGSMs, the progress on the most important elements, the upcoming sessions, and who is part of the team.

You open the dashboard by clicking the team name in the main menu, or by clicking a team on the All teams page.

The Quick links block bundles the most-used overviews of the active OGSM, so you can jump to the right screen from one place:

  • OGSM. The extended and compact view of the OGSM.
  • Actions. The action overviews in columns, timeline, list, and value/effort.
  • Reports. The progress reports for the upcoming action and strategy review sessions and the full report across all items.

Which OGSM is shown in this block is displayed at the top of the block. If the team works with multiple OGSMs, you see the OGSM that is currently active.

OGSMs

The OGSMs block lists all OGSMs of the team, including drafts and inactive OGSMs. Click an OGSM to open it.

Click Add OGSM to create a new OGSM for the team.

Other tools

Under Other tools you find the additional tools that have been set up for this team, for example:

  • Business model canvas. The business model on a single page.
  • External analysis. The analysis of trends, competitors, and other external factors.
  • OGSM quickscan. A short check on the quality of the OGSM.

Which tools are available depends on the subscription of your organization and the setup of the team. The block is not visible if the administrator has not added any tools to the team.

Organization

The Organization block shows the position of the team within the organization. You see the underlying teams, so you can jump to the dashboard of an underlying team in a single click. That way you keep an overview of the teams you work with or are responsible for.

Team members

The Team members block lists the members of the team, grouped by role:

  • Administrators. Team members who can set up the team and add other members.
  • Participants. Team members who contribute to the OGSM but don't have administrator rights.

Click Show all team members for the full overview.

Dashboard

The Dashboard block gives a snapshot of the progress on the active OGSM. You see at a glance where things are going well and where attention is needed.

At the top you find Actions with the total number and the distribution across To do, In progress, and Done. Below that you see how many actions have an expired status date or deadline. Click Show actions to go directly to the action overview.

Next to that are the Traffic lights for goals, strategies, KPIs, and actions. That way you immediately see how the latest progress reports look at the different levels of the OGSM. Click Show full report for the complete overview.

Upcoming session

This block shows the next action or strategy review session of the team. At the top of the block you see which type of session it is and when it takes place. The content of the block adapts to the type of session.

On the left you see the Preparation: how many progress reports have already been submitted and how many are still outstanding. For an action review session this concerns the actions; for a strategy review session also the KPIs and strategies. Click Report to go directly to your outstanding progress reports.

On the right is the Session agenda with the number of items that will be discussed during the session. Click the button at the bottom to view the submitted reports for the session.

At the bottom, under Upcoming sessions, you see which action and strategy review sessions are scheduled. That way you know when the next session is planned and the cadence the team works at.

The block is only available in the Pro subscription.

Managing the team

If you are an administrator of the team, click Manage team in the top right to open the team settings. From there you manage the team members, the OGSMs, the sessions, and the other tools.
