OGSM report

The OGSM report gives you a quick insight into the status of the OGSM. You can see the status and the most recently added progress report for each item.

View progress of indicators and actions

• Click on a strategy. The strategy is expanded. You now also see the indicators and the actions.
• Click on the up arrow at the bottom of the strategy to collapse it again.

View and edit details of an item

• Click on an item to view the details.
• As the 'Administrator' of the team or owner of the item, you can also edit it. All members of the team (except "Viewers") can comment on the item.

Change and save the view of the OGSM report

• Click the bookmarks toolbar item.
• You can select a default view or set your own.

Default bookmarks

With the bookmark, you can quickly navigate to a specific overview:

• Strategies: An overview of the strategies.
• Strategies without current reporting: This shows which strategies still need to be updated.
• Indicators: An overview of the indicators.
• Actions: An overview of the actions.
• Actions without current reporting: This shows which actions still need to be updated.
• Action review:
  • You see the actions that meet these conditions:
    • The traffic light is orange or red, or no traffic light has been set.
    • The action status is 'In progress,' or the action has a start date in the past (the action should have already started).
  • Action review: Completed since the last session
    • You see the actions that have been marked as 'Completed' after the previous session. This allows you to verify together whether the actions are truly completed.
• Strategy review: You see the following items:
  • The strategies
  • The indicators
  • The actions that meet these conditions:
    • The traffic light is orange or red, or no traffic light has been set.
    • The action status is 'In progress,' or the action has a start date in the past (the action should have already started).

Save custom bookmark

You can compose your own bookmark with the filters and the display settings. By saving this bookmark you can view it with one click at a later.

• Build your view by applying filters and the view settings.
• Click the bookmark toolbar item.
• Click the "Save Current View" link.

• Type the title of your view.
• Click 'Save'.

Filter OGSM report

• Click the filter toolbar item.
• Apply the desired filters.
• Click 'Filter'.

Download and print report

• Click the print icon.

The browser now displays a print screen. In most browsers you can choose whether you want to print the file or download it as a PDF file.

• Use the browser settings to reduce or enlarge the text.
