How to Quickly Get Started with OGSM.online? This article will help you, as an administrator of OGSM.online, get up and running quickly.

You are an administrator if you have the 'Administrator' role in the environment. This means you have access to all settings and user management. You will see the 'Admin' option in the menu.

When you log in for the first time as an administrator, we'll send you an email with brief instructions. This includes information about:

The checklist also provides an overview of the settings. You can track which items you've already reviewed by checking them off. You can find the checklist by clicking on 'Admin' in the menu.

Training for administrators

Together with our implementation partners, we offer training for administrators of OGSM.online. The training provides knowledge of OGSM and the capabilities of OGSM.online for users, as well as insight into the settings of OGSM.online. This allows you, as a functional administrator, to answer user questions and manage the settings yourself. The training takes about 2 hours.

Support for users, OGSM ambassadors and process owners

Users are all people who have access to OGSM.online. They do not have access to the settings. However, they can be 'Administrators' of one or more teams.

'OGSM ambassador' or 'process owner' is not an official role in the system, but a name we give to users who have received extra training and can help their colleagues with using OGSM.online. Process owners facilitate one or more teams in the execution of action and adjustment sessions.

Introduction email

Users also receive an email after logging in for the first time. This includes information about:

  • The OGSM model
  • The layout of OGSM.online
  • Creating OGSMs and the methodology for monitoring progress and results

Training for users

The training provides an introduction to OGSM online, enabling users to utilize the tool optimally when working with OGSM. The training takes one hour.

Training for OGSM ambassadors and process owners

We delve deeper into the functionality than in the training for regular users. We also actively work with the possibilities of the platform. The training takes two to four hours.

Trainings

The trainings for administrators, users, and super users are provided by our implementation partners. They know all the ins and outs of the platform and are experienced trainers.
