Add a team

Create a new team to work together with a group of people. Note: adding a new team is not available on every platform for all users.

Create a new team

  • Open Teams > My teams in the main menu.

  • Click the + Add team button in the top right.

  • Type the name of the team.
  • Choose which team the new team falls under, if applicable.
  • Click Save.

New team in the organisation structure

As main administrator you can also add a new team from the organisation structure. Useful if you want to build or adjust the team hierarchy in one overview.

  • Open Admin > Organisation structure in the main menu.
  • Next to the parent team, click + Add team and type the name of the new team.
  • Click Save.

Edit a team

The administrator of a team can change the name of the team after creating it.

  • Go to the team dashboard.
  • Click Manage team in the top right and choose Edit team.
  • Change the name and click Save.
