Add and modify teams
Add a team
Create a new team to work together with a group of people. Note: not every platform can add extra teams.
Create a new team
- Visit the teams overview
- At the bottom click on the "Add team" button.
- Type the name of the team.
- Optionally add more tabs. You can use this to add different phases to your project for example. The tabs can be modified later as well.
- Click 'Save'.
Copy an existing team
You can also copy an existing team. A new team is then created based on an existing team. Only the structure is copied. This means: the layout of the tabs and the tools that are available. The content of the tools and the participants in the team are not copied.
- Click the 'Copy' icon at the top right of the team.
Modify a team
The Administrator of a team can modify the name and tabs of a team.
- Click the pencil icon at the top right of the team and make the changes.
