Update June 2026: New menu, search and more
New menu, My overview and Team page
In early June 2026 we are refreshing the menu of OGSM.online and introducing two new pages: My overview and the Team page. This brings you to your own work and your team's progress more quickly. Below you will find a high-level summary of what changes. Want to know more about a specific part? Read the related article.
What is changing in the menu?
The main menu on the left has been reorganised. You now see your personal page first, followed by your teams:
- My overview. Your personal start page with your actions, sessions and notifications.
- Search. Search in teams and OGSMs. Tip: press j to open the search window.
- Teams. Quick access to the teams you belong to, with direct links to OGSMs, actions and reports for each team.
- Overviews. The overarching overviews of OGSMs, goals, strategies, KPIs and actions.
- AI assistant. The virtual OGSM advisor for help with your OGSM.
- Trash. Restore removed items.
My overview
My overview is your personal start page. At a glance you see what you are working on and which sessions are coming up.
The page consists of the following parts:
- My actions. An overview of your actions, split by To do and In progress. Actions that are overdue or have not started yet stand out.
- Do, learn and adjust. The next action review and strategy review sessions of your teams, with your preparation progress for each session.
- Go to. Direct buttons to your strategies, KPIs and actions.
- Notifications. The latest activity in the teams and OGSMs you are involved in.

Search
With the search function you quickly find a team or an OGSM.
Open the search window via Search in the menu or by pressing j. Type part of the name and select the right result with the arrow keys or your mouse. You only see teams and OGSMs you have access to.
Team
The team page is the new starting point for a team. You open it by clicking on a team in the menu. The page brings together the OGSMs, the team members and the next session in one view.
The page consists of the following parts:
- Go to. Direct links to the OGSM, the action views (board, timeline, list) and the reports.
- OGSMs. The OGSMs of the team.
- Team members. The members of the team, grouped by role.
- Organisation structure. The parent team and the underlying teams.
- Dashboard. The status of the goals, strategies, KPIs and actions based on the traffic lights in the active OGSM.
- Next session. Information about the next action review or strategy review session, with the preparation progress.
- Notifications. The latest activity within the team.
