Search (June 2026)

With Search you quickly find a team or an OGSM, without scrolling through the main menu first. Especially useful if you are part of multiple teams or manage many OGSMs.

Opening search

There are two ways to open the search window:

• Click Search in the main menu.
• Press the j key on your keyboard.

The j key works on any screen within OGSM.online, as long as you are not typing in a text field. That way you open the search window without using your mouse.

Searching for a team or OGSM

Type part of the name in the search field. Results appear as you type. You can search for:

• Teams. The teams you have access to.
• OGSMs. The OGSMs of those teams, including inactive OGSMs.

For an OGSM you see both the name of the OGSM and the team it belongs to. That way you can distinguish, for example, between different years of the same OGSM.

• Click a result to go there directly.
• Use the arrow keys to navigate through the results and press Enter to open the selected result.

To the overview of all teams

At the bottom of the search window there is a shortcut to the full team overview.

• Click All teams to go to the page with all your teams.

You only see the teams and OGSMs you have access to. If a team or OGSM is missing from the results, contact your administrator or contact person.
