All teams (June 2026)
The All teams page will be available from the beginning of June 2026
On the All teams page you see all teams you have access to. From here you open the dashboard of a team, pin teams to the main menu, and add new teams.
You open the page via Teams > All teams in the main menu.
Pinned
At the top of the page you find the teams you have pinned. Pinned teams also appear in the main menu, so you can reach them in a single click from any screen. Useful if you work with the same teams regularly and don't want to open the full overview every time.
For each team you see the name and the number of participants. Click a team to open the team dashboard.
Other teams
Under Other teams you find the teams you have access to but haven't pinned. These teams don't appear in the main menu. Which teams are listed here depends on your role and the access the administrator has given you.
Pinning or unpinning a team
You decide yourself which teams to show in the main menu. Pinning only applies to you and doesn't affect other users.
- Hover over a team under Other teams.
- Click the pin icon in the top-right of the card to pin the team.
- The team moves to Pinned and appears in the main menu.
Unpinning a team works the same way:
- Hover over a team under Pinned.
- Click the crossed-out pin icon in the top-right of the card.
- The team moves to Other teams and disappears from the main menu.
You can also pin or unpin a team directly from the main menu.
Adding a team
If you are an administrator of the platform or a process owner, you can add a new team from this page.
- Click + Add team in the top right of the page.
- Enter the name of the team.
- Choose which team the new team falls under, if applicable.
- Click Save.
The team then appears in the list. After that you can add team members, create OGSMs, and set up the team.
The + Add team button is only visible if you have permission to create teams.
