Main menu (June 2026)
The new menu will be available from the beginning of June 2026
The main menu is on the left side of the screen and is always visible. From here you navigate to your overviews, teams, OGSMs, and settings. Which items you see exactly depends on your role and the subscription of your organization.
My overview
Your personal starting page with your actions, outstanding reports, shortcuts, and the latest notifications. Click My overview to expand it. The submenu contains:
- Home. The overview of what is expected of you and what you are working on.
- Notifications. The latest updates from the OGSMs you are involved in.

Search
With Search you quickly find a team or an OGSM. Type part of the name and select the right result. This is especially useful if you have many teams and don't want to scroll through the full menu.
Tip: press the j key to open the search window directly, without going to the menu first. The key works on any screen within OGSM.online, as long as you are not typing in a text field.
Teams
Under Teams you find all teams you have access to. Click All teams for the full overview. In the menu you also see the teams you have pinned, so you can reach them in a single click.
Hover over a pinned team to open a quick menu with:
- The OGSMs of the team.
- The action overviews (columns, timeline, list, value/effort).
- The reports for the upcoming action and strategy review sessions.
You pin a team from the All teams overview or from the team dashboard.
Overviews
The Overviews page gives you a view of the OGSM items across all teams you have access to. Useful for spotting patterns, identifying bottlenecks, or quickly filtering to a specific item.
The sections Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and KPIs are only available in the Pro subscription.
AI assistant
The AI assistant is your virtual OGSM advisor and has access to the same OGSM as you. The assistant can only be used if the main administrator has approved the use of the AI assistant.
Admin
The Admin button is only visible if you are an administrator of the platform. Here you find the settings for users, organizational structure, labels, statistics, and the OGSM configuration. The submenu contains, among other things:
Trash
In the Trash you find items that have been deleted, such as OGSMs, actions, and reports. You can restore items from here as long as they have not been permanently cleaned up.
Account
Under Account you manage your personal details and log out. The submenu contains:
- My profile. Your name, email address, password, and notification settings.
- Log out. End your session on the platform.
