My actions overview

In the action review sessions you discuss the status of the actions. To prepare, the owners draw up a progress report. This article shows you how to build an overview of the actions you need to report on.

Overview of actions you need to report on

There are three ways to see an overview of your actions: via the link in the email, via the ‘My overview’ page, or by building an overview yourself.

Email reminder

The email reminder is not yet available in every environment. Contact your administrator or contact person if you have questions about this.

If the process owner has scheduled the sessions, you receive an email as an owner one week before the session with a link to the actions and/or strategies (for a strategy review session) you need to report on.

Via My overview

  • Go to My overview > Home in the main menu.

In the My actions block you see all your open actions, split across the columns ‘To do’ and ‘In progress’. At the top you see three counters: the total number of actions, the number of actions with an expired status date, and the number of actions with an expired deadline. That way you immediately see what needs your attention.

In the Doing, learning and adjusting block you see, per upcoming action or strategy review session, what you still need to report on. Click Report to go straight to your open progress reports.

If the Doing, learning and adjusting block does not appear, no sessions have been scheduled or you have nothing (left) to report.

For more details, read the article My overview.

Build your own overview

No session scheduled, or do you want to choose for yourself which actions you see? Then build your own overview in OGSM.online.

  • Open an OGSM.
  • In the toolbar, under View , click Report.
  • Select the bookmark Action review session.
  • Open the filter and select your own name under ‘Owner’. Make sure you filter the right component: the action.
  • Tick Also show actions without a progress report to include actions you have not yet submitted anything for.
