First login
You have received an invitation to the online platform. It contains instructions to activate your account. How you activate your account can differ per environment.
- Email address and password
- Multi-factor authentication
- Logging in with your LinkedIn account
- Logging in with your Microsoft account
Email address and password
The invitation contains a link to set your password.
- Click the link in the invitation.
A screen appears where you can set your password.
- Type your new password. The password must contain at least 8 characters, with at least 1 digit and 1 special character (for example !, $, %).
- Type your password again. This way we check that you didn’t make a typo the first time.
- Click the ‘Set password’ button. Your password is set. You can now log in to the platform.
Multi-factor authentication
If multi-factor authentication is enabled on the platform, you need to link an authenticator app after setting your password. You can find the steps to enable it in this article.
Logging in with your LinkedIn account
Note: linking to LinkedIn is not available in every environment.
You can also log in with your LinkedIn credentials. To do this, you need to link your LinkedIn account to the environment one time. After that you can always log in with a single click and you don’t have to remember an extra password.
Link your account with LinkedIn
You need to link your LinkedIn account once.
- In the invitation email, click the “Link your account with LinkedIn” link.
- LinkedIn then asks for your permission to exchange the necessary data so you can log in to our tool via LinkedIn. We are in no way able to see your password or other data from LinkedIn. Enter your email address and LinkedIn password and click ‘Allow access’.
You are then automatically redirected to the online environment.
Logging in with your LinkedIn account
Once your account is linked, you can log in to the platform with your LinkedIn account.
- On the login screen, click ‘Log in with LinkedIn’.
- If you are signed in with LinkedIn, you are taken directly to the tool. If not, you first need to enter your LinkedIn login details.
Logging in with your Microsoft account
Note: linking to Microsoft is not available in every environment.
The connection is configured by the organisation you work for. When you visit the environment, you are automatically redirected to the Microsoft login screen. There you can log in with your Microsoft account.
