AI assistant

The AI assistant is a virtual OGSM advisor. The assistant has access to all OGSMs that you as a user also have access to. You can use the assistant in two ways:

1. Click on one of the suggestions
2. Type your question

Using suggestions

When you open a new chat, you can click on one of the suggestions. Currently, the following suggestions are available:

• Feedback on OGSM: you receive feedback on the selected OGSM. This helps you improve the OGSM.
• External developments: you gain insight into developments in the environment that are relevant to your Strategies.
• Risks and bottlenecks: you gain insight into the potential risks and bottlenecks of your OGSM, so you can improve feasibility.
• Strengthen alignment: you gain insight into the overlap of your OGSM with other OGSMs, so you can improve alignment.

Type your question

You can also ask your own questions to the AI assistant.

• Type your question. Tip: want to type multiple lines? Use <Shift>+<Enter> to go to a new line.
• Click Send or press <Enter>.

Providing feedback

The AI assistant is still in development. We welcome your feedback so we can improve the assistant.

• Click on the Provide feedback link.
• Provide an explanation.
• You help us a lot if you enable the checkbox. This allows us to read the current message, so we can see what's going wrong or what we can improve. We can only read the current conversation.
• Click Save.
