Within OGSM.online, we use AI to help users create and improve an OGSM. As an administrator, you can disable this functionality.

Confidential information and AI

Users can enhance the wording of existing items using the AI button. What exactly happens, and what information is shared?

When a user clicks the AI button, we send a command (prompt) to the AI provider. The prompt contains general instructions and the current version of the item. For example, if a user wants a more professional wording for the objective, we include the current wording in the prompt. This wording may contain confidential information, and users should be aware of this.

The prompt does not include any other confidential information. We do not share other parts of the OGSM, the name of the environment, personal data, etc.

The AI assistant uses:

• ChatGPT from OpenAI
• Claude from Anthropic

Enabling and disabling AI functionality

The functionality is enabled by default. You can disable it as follows:

• Go to the Admin | General menu.

• Uncheck 'Allow the use of AI' and click 'Save' at the bottom of the page.
