Add progress report to strategy
The strategies describe the path you choose to achieve the objective and goals. By periodically evaluating progress, you can make timely adjustments.
Adding progress reports to a strategy
- Open the strategy by clicking on it.
- Click on 'Add report'.
- Enter the date of the report.
- Use the traffic light to rate the progress:
- Green: The strategy is proceeding as planned. The agreed results are (expected to be) achieved within the set time frame.
- Amber: The strategy is proceeding with concern, but with the right interventions (new priorities, new or adjusted actions), it is possible to get the strategy back to green.
- Red: The strategy is not proceeding as planned. You have to make choices: do we need to adjust our plan, do we settle for less result, or do we shift the target date for the desired results?
- Type a brief explanation with the report:
- What are the main results from the past period?
- How did you arrive at your judgment about the strategy (green, amber, or red)?
- What does this judgment mean for the upcoming period? What changes do you propose?
- The report is automatically saved, so you can complete it at a later time. The report is not yet visible to other users.
- Click on 'Publish' to finalize the report.
Adding a decision
In the strategy review session, you discuss with the team the results of the strategies and make decisions to improve the plan. You can document the decisions in the reports.
- Open the report.
- Type the decision.
- Click on 'Publish'.
