Teams dashboard

On the dashboard, you can see an overview of the teams within the organization, each with an OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) framework. The teams are organized according to the organizational structure. Click on a team to view the status of their active OGSM.

Please note that the dashboard is only available when set up by the environment's administrator.

Viewing OGSM status

Click on a team's name to see the status of the OGSM. On the dashboard, you will see:

  • The number of objectives and the distribution of traffic lights.
  • The number of strategic choices and the distribution of traffic lights.
  • The number of indicators and the distribution of traffic lights.
  • Actions:
    • The status of actions: to be done, in progress, completed.
    • The average progress of actions.
    • The number of actions whose start date has passed without the action having started.
    • The number of actions whose deadline has passed without the action being completed.
    • The distribution of traffic lights.

Viewing details

Click on a section of the dashboard to view the details. For example, if you click on the number of actions with past-due deadlines, you will get an overview of those actions.

Comparing multiple teams

With a single click, you can get an overview of all the subordinate teams. Click the down arrow at the bottom of the dashboard for this.

Setting the organizational structure

Environment administrators can set the organizational structure by:

  • Creating new teams
  • Structuring existing teams.
