Goals and KPIs

The ‘Goals’ and ‘KPIs’ pages are only available on the Pro subscription. Contact your administrator or contact person if you want to upgrade your subscription.

This article shows the ‘KPIs’ page. The ‘Goals’ page works in exactly the same way.

The list view shows a table of the KPIs.

Edit a KPI

Click a field (for example the title or the owner) to change it.

Click outside the field to save your changes.

Edit multiple KPIs

You can edit multiple KPIs at the same time as follows.

Select the KPIs.
Click Edit selected items in the top left.

Select the field you want to change and apply the change.

OGSMs

Click this button to select which OGSMs you want to see.

Bookmarks

You can create your own bookmarks. First set the filters, grouping and sorting, then click ‘Save current view’.

Filter

Use this to filter the results. For example, an overview of all KPIs of a specific owner or with a specific label.

When a filter is active you see this in the toolbar. Click the cross to remove all filters.

Grouping

Group the KPIs by owner, strategy or label.

Sorting

Sort the KPIs alphabetically, by tags, last target date, last measurement date or owner.

Components

Choose whether you want to see archived items and underlying items in the overview.
