Toolbar

On many pages in OGSM.online you see a toolbar.

The options vary per page, but you often see the following options:

• OGSMs:
  • Click the button to see the last selected OGSMs. This allows you to quickly switch between OGSMs.
  • Choose Select other OGSMs to see the remaining OGSMs.

• View: Choose how you want to display the items on the page.
  • On the OGSM page: Extended or Compact.
  • On the Actions page: Columns, Timeline, List and Impact / effort.
• Bookmarks: Quickly get the desired overview.
  • By selecting a bookmark, the corresponding OGSMs, filters and settings are directly activated.
  • You can also save your own bookmarks. First set up your overview and choose Save current view.
• Filter: Filter the overview, for example by owner or label.
• Sort actions: For example by start date or deadline.
• Components: Select which components you want to see, for example underlying items or archived items.
