Toolbar

On many pages in OGSM.online you see a toolbar at the top. The toolbar consists of two rows:

• In the top row you see the name of the OGSM you are viewing and you switch between the three views of that OGSM: the canvas, the action board and the report.
• In the bottom row you work with bookmarks, filters, sorting and the components you want to see or hide.

The options available vary per page, but you often see the following.

Top row

On the left of the top row you see the name of the OGSM you are currently viewing. To switch to another OGSM, use the main menu: hover over the team name to see that team’s OGSMs.

• View : switch quickly between the three views of this OGSM:
  • OGSM : the canvas with the objective, goals, strategies, KPIs and actions.
  • Actions : the action board with all actions from the OGSM (shown as columns, timeline, list or impact/effort matrix).
  • Report : the report view of the OGSM, for example to share in an action or strategy review session.

Bottom row

• Bookmarks : quickly get to the overview you want.
  • Selecting a bookmark immediately activates the matching OGSMs, filters and settings.
  • You can also save your own bookmarks. First build the view, then choose Save current view.
• Filter : filter the overview, for example by owner or label.
• Sort actions : for example by start date or deadline.
• Components : select which components you want to see, for example underlying items or archived items.
