Filter
Many overviews in OGSM.online can be filtered.
Setting up filters
The button to set up a filter can be found in the toolbar.
- Click on the Filter button.
- Select the desired filters. The options vary per overview.
- You only see the available options. For example, if you want to filter on the action owner, the list of owners will only contain the names of users who own an action in the overview.
- When you set a filter, it becomes active immediately. The overview is automatically updated.
Removing filters
When a filter is active, you can see this in the toolbar. The button is colored.
- Click on the cross behind the Filter button to remove all set filters.
