• Be concrete: Assign owners and deadlines to each activity.

Avoid overly long to-do lists by focusing on high-value, achievable tasks. Make sure every action contributes meaningfully to your stated outcomes.

Add action

• Click 'Add action' to add an item.
• Click 'Save' of press 'Enter' to save you input.

• Click on an item to change the title, add a description or to comment on an item. Changes are automatically saved.
  • Assign the action to a member of the team.
  • Set the start date and the deadline.

Use AI to generate actions

You can use AI to generate actions for you. You can edit the generated items to make it more suitable for your situation.

• Click on 'Generate'.
• Actions are generated based on the outcome. It's recommended that you use the outputs as well to get better results. Remove any confidential information.
• Click on the 'Generate' button.
