Outcomes
Outcomes translate your objective into measurable changes or benefits. Ask yourself, “If we succeed, how will the world (or our community, or market) be different?” or “Which challenges are we solving?”
Focus on outcomes that directly respond to your challenges.
Keep them clear and concrete. Avoid vague language like “better” or “improved” unless you specify how to measure it.
Describe for each outcome:
- Why you are pursuing this outcome. This is the rationale for focusing on this outcome.
- What you cannot control on your own and what you expect from others.
- Who the stakeholders are and what their interest and role is.
Add outcome
- Click 'Add outcome' to add an item.
- Click 'Save' of press 'Enter' to save you input.
- Click on an item to change the title, add a description or to comment on an item. Assign the outcome to a member of the team. Changes are automatically saved.
Use AI to generate the outcomes
You can use AI to generate the outcomes for you. You can edit the generated items to make it more suitable for your situation.
- Click on 'Generate'.
- Choose the theme's that are relevant or generate the themes from the objective.
- Click on the 'Generate' button.
- Please wait while AI is generating some suggestions.
- Select the suggestions you want to add to your Theory of Change.
- Click on 'Add to Theory of Change'.
