Edit ranked trend list

As an Administrator, you can publish the ranked trend list.

Import answers

The first step is to import the results of the questionnaire.

• Click the 'Import and save as draft' button.

Publish ranked trend list

You now see the ranked trend list.

• Click the 'Publish as new version' button to publish the trend list. A new version is created.

Update ranked trend list

If there are new respondents after publishing the trend list, you can process their answers in the trend list as follows.

• Click the 'Import and save as draft' button.

The trend list is updated. You still need to publish it as a new version to make it visible to the participants.

• Click the 'Publish as new version' button.
