With the questionnaire, a group of people can provide input on the trends. For each trend, give a score for:

• Impact: to what extent does the trend impact our challenge?
• Uncertainty: to what extent can we predict the course or pace of the trend? A trend you are certain about has a very low uncertainty. A trend that could go in any direction has a high uncertainty.
